Hello, please have a look at this topic @General18. Now I have noticed that I can't open a new ticket (because of the one from HR) so I closed the topic too early... sorry, my fault.

You are right! You have a feedback ticket waiting in a category that was hidden when HR was disbanded.

I found your ticket and will deal with it as soon as possible.

I told you everything that you have to know, here:

Take a look at my reply. As I said:

"If I understand you correctly the last reply was yours. You won't be able to create new Feedback ticket until your already created will be closed. Unfortunately, you can't close Feedback ticket on your own so you have to wait for the reply.

TruckersMP Staff must close the ticket or reply to your already created ticket. If they don't do that you won't be able to create new Feedback ticket."

While you do that, I'll also request a DM from one of my managers, to hear what will happen with your current HR Feedback ticket (Whether it'll be answered at some point, or closed)

Thank you for posting your concerns here for us.

 

Can you please post a screenshot of the message you see when you're trying to create a new feedback ticket (ensuring your TruckersMP name is visible). As when I when I check your account, you shouldn't have an issue making a new ticket.

It clearly tells you below with red letters fix the below errors and try again

That you already have a FeedBack Ticket and you will have to finish that one first before re-opening another one.

Keep in mind that you cannot have two FeedBack Tickets at once!.

Yes @MightyPower, this is what it is all about. You can see that @Ali. can't see that feedback ticket, so normally I can create a new one. But on my screen it is still open and the last reply is +1 month ago... so I have opened this to get this solved because I have already waited for a long time I hope you understand? Please read the answer of JJay: 

This is the problem I have, but better explained . My question is why my ticket isn't replied after +1 month.
