Feedback Ticket

Hello, My last reply on my feedback ticket (human resources) was +1 month ago, I thought I needed to be patient so I haven't created this topic earlier. Now I guess something went wrong? Can you check it please?

You know that the HR team is closed. That's why you can't post a feedback on HR.

First of all, thank you for posting a topic within the help section of the forum! 

 

As explained by @Slusher34 above, the Human Resources division has closed, therefore if you wish to speak to someone regarding recruitment, you may need to submit a Feedback ticket to the respective management in regards to what you were asking.

@Slusher34 and @SarahMaddy you're wrong, he has already created a Feedback ticket.

 

If I understand you correctly the last reply was yours. You won't be able to create new Feedback ticket until your already created will be closed. Unfortunately, you can't close Feedback ticket on your own so you have to wait for the reply.

TruckersMP Staff must close the ticket or reply to your already created ticket. If they don't do that you won't be able to create new Feedback ticket.
