Hello there! :)

First off, welcome to the Help section of the forum!

Can you try downloading "Update for Windows Embedded Standard 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4019990) (Last one on the list)"  from Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4019990/update-for-the-d3dcompiler-47-dll-component-on-windows in the Microsoft Update article. After doing so please restart your PC, and run TMP as administrator.

Your confirmation of the status of your issue helps us keep the forum always organized!

I await your return!

Kind Regards,
Beenz.

Hello ?

1- Verify the file integrity of the game on Steam
2- Run TruckersMP as administrator.

-Go to Microsoft's website and download the Windows 7 Service Pack.
-Install the service pack after downloading.
-Restart the computer.
-Open Steam and start Euro Truck Simulator 2.
-Click "Start with OpenGL (64-Bit)" while starting the game.
-Wait until the game opens and go a short distance.
-Close the game and restart your computer.

-If the methods I provided did not work for you, you can get help by clicking here.
-Trying to answer the above problems associated with DLL files usually closed, but make sure you note the return of all modes if it has resolved

Hey there,

In addition to everything else that was mentioned above, there is another step you can try if nothing works.

Even if using the system file checker in Command Prompt does not work to solve this issue, at least you will have a more stable system!

To use this function, you should do the following:

> Open Command Prompt (aka CMD) as administrator.

> Type "sfc /scannow" (without speech marks).

> Let the checker run, and repair any files if required.

I hope this and the above solutions help you to get your issue solved!

Warm Regards,

Stubborn__
