  1. So I've just used the new feedback ticketing system on the website. Not particularly pleased. I submitted my initial feedback which was then passed to the necessary person. they give it an answer but it wasn't the most satisfactory answer. They mark the ticket closed. which means I can't reply any further? Where do I go from here? as I have more to say about the issue but I've been closed down. Nothing will go anywhere if people are raising issues and their ticket is being closed prematurely. Whats the next step? do I open another ticket or am I just meant to leave it? Do I PM higher staff. To me, the ticket is unresolved and shouldn't have been closed. Just because someone answers the ticket doesn't mean they can just close the ticket. Suggestions on what I should do now.
