How to change head light and interior light color to red using save edit

I need a lil help . i saw a youtube video that showing how to change head light color to green but i want to change my head light color to red also i want to change interior color to red too . is it possible ? if yes how to do it ? -
So my friends and I were driving along all of a sudden I was kicked for not having my head-lights on in the middle of the bright day. I could barely see through my windshield from the sun. and then I looked back to see if my friends were still behind me, and to my surprise, they were not. I had been kicked in the middle of the day for not using my head lights. I then joined back and put on my parking lights to see if that would fix the issue. It did not. Shortly after I was kicked once again. For the same reason.
