When I'm trying to start the TruckerMP Launcher I'm getting this message... Can someone help me?

I execute the truckersmp then when I speak it and I give it to login I get an error which does not allow me to enter the multiplayer the error is this: Context failed: Unknown error (0x080092013) - The revocation function was unable to ch .... I do not get all the error and after it is written that ch no longer appears nad Please help me solve this problem!

Is there a way to launch ATS in 32bit when launching the game from the TruckersMP launcher? My game always starts in 64bit and I want 32bit when running the game windowed. Windowed 64bit is choppy and FPS dips into the 30's and windowed 64bit is smooth 60fps consistently.
