Why is the snow mod not allowed all year round if it only effects the player who uses it? I understand physics mod all year round is a no go, but a simple graphics mod that you's already support for a limited time of each year seems weird to ban usage after you's decide its time

Скачал мод,папка с модами выглядит как и на пошаговой установке но когда захожу в саму тракерс мп с неба падает лишь маленький снег,дождь так и остался каплями,а у дорог летние текстуры.При необходимости могу предоставить скриншоты папки с тракерс мп.

Hello I downloaded the official Frosty 7.0 mod, only the graphical, so only the first .scs file I dragged the file to the Documents/ETS2MP/mod, i made the mod folder myself. Game was shut down and after the .scs file was in the mod folder i started the game, but realised that there is no snow. Nothing changed, but i followed the tutorial and I dont see that it has any activation or switch.. What can I do to fix it?
