Issue: Traffic from the Calais exit to the city's traffic lights (up to the main road junction) Proposed solution: Idea to replace the existing intersection with a butterfly intersection system Description: As most players know, after exiting Calais, there can be long queues to connect to the main road (especially in the evening when most players are active) due to the high density of players and waiting at traffic lights. In this respect, a butterfly system intersection could be considered and placed in that area instead of the old one, in order to keep both directions of traffic from intersecting each other and to minimize waiting times and make the traffic as smooth as possible. We know that such intersections and the layout of the road have been a landmark of the Calais-Duisburg road for many years, but they may not be able to cope with the increased traffic density of the growing community of players and this is open to discussion. In addition, we know that the Truckersmp add-on team has recently replaced an old gas station near Calais with a new one, with the aim of creating a smooth traffic flow especially by minimizing the traffic generated in the area in the past. In the example I've presented, our main goal is to create a smooth traffic flow by minimizing traffic congestion, just like there. Purpose and benefit: The placement of the butterfly system in the area could smoothly transfer traffic from one direction to the other, reducing the large and long traffic jams on the main road and providing a more modern and reliable transportation for the players there. *I am attaching the pictures of the butterfly system intersection, which I propose to replace the existing intersection and its traffic, for informative purposes.

The roads are in a much better visual condition than having only the main frosty file without the heavy addition. A more choice for players related to addons and a favorable option to take, in my opinion, nicer photos. It more closely reflects the current situation in February in many places. It is getting warmer, the roads are clearer. SCS only started promoting Update 1.44 yesterday. So before the next posts are finally Open Beta, then Update for single player and finally support 1.44 on TruckersMP. It may take a few weeks or much more. Common sense dictates: there is no fear that update 1.44 will be released on TruckersMP in a few days and the work on supporting the addon: Clean Roads (1.43) will be ruined. It doesn't take long for developers to support individual addons. 38 days left until spring season begins, which is quite a long time. -
Good Afternoon all! Recently, I looked back at some old pics taken in tmp by admins and I saw that they were driving the Pilot Van from the special Transport DLC. Since then I always thought, wouldn't it be cool if we had the pilot vans instead of the pilot cars? Now, I know that the Pilot Vans that admins used to use have been changed to what now are our pilots cars/ police cars. However, having a pilot van is way more realistic than a pilot car and that is why the Special Transport DLC uses vans not cars. If we had Pilot Vans, it would make everything much more realistic and much more enjoyable; piloting our friends while they haul a heavy load would just add to the realism we all are trying to find within this game. Obviously the Police cars should stay, since that is how it works irl as well. I know Pilot Cars exist in real life too, but in this game Pilot Vans look 10 times better and they look much much nicer since they aren't a mod, but rather something the actual developers of the game did. Not to mention, Vans could be considered as small trucks; and since this is Euro TRUCK simulator and not Euro CAR simulator, then having a Van would make more sense. I hope this suggestion becomes reality and we finally see Pilot Vans instead of Pilot Cars, please if you like the idea, give it a like so more people can see it and hopefully the tmp devs will see it too. -
