    Generally, you can see reports taking up to 2 weeks to be answered. 
     
    There are a few factors which you must consider when waiting for reports to be answered.
    TMP is completely run by volunteers, this means GMs are not online 24/7 The reporting system is based on first in first out. Meaning your reports are added to the back of the queue. If you have made a report in a different language, that needs to be translated first. Expecting a reply in a few days is not realistic, please be patient while the GMs get to your report. The appropriate action will be taken at some point, so don't worry, your report WILL be dealt with.
     
    Additionally, f you really are unsatisfied with the turn around rate of the reports being dealt with, then I suggest that you create a feedback ticket.
    You can do this at https://truckersmp.com/feedback. Remember, when making a feedback ticket you should always include details. EG, Explain the reasons why you're making the ticket, Explain how it affects you as a player, and suggest how the problem could be solved.

    To me this looks like you have tried adding the Skoda wheels to your truck. If I'm right the skoda is based of the Red Scania R. When things dont add up with the car properly it reverts to the Scania truck.  So I do believe you have lost your truck on this occasion. 
     
    Only thing I can recommend is revert back to a previous autosave or save where you didnt make the changes and load that up instead and continue from there.

    It's a fine line. Under Rule:

    @Andy0w, What your seeing here is a random event and not a bug It's part of the 1.31 update. Because random events use AI cars which are disabled in TMP you will not see the vehicles and only the pedestrians and cones ETC. I advise you to turn off random events while playing TMP which you can do in the GIF below. I also added the SCS blog post about random events so you can read about it.

    This is because your using a police accessory which only Game Moderators are allowed to use. Remove any police accessories and reconnect. You issue should then be solved.

    There isn't, You shouldn't ask for Admins to come and help you in situations. If you have a rule breaker causing you problems then you should do what everyone else has to do and report the player, you can do it 2 ways.

    1) Report in game using the TAB menu
    2) Make a report at https://truckersmp.com/reports/create

    You must make an appeal at https://truckersmp.com/appeals
     
    Request for the evidence to be re-uploaded and if this isn't possible to the request the ban to be removed.
    As stated in the rules, evidence must be available for the duration of the ban plus 1 month.

    IMO in multiplayer yes as its a bit of an exploitation. Which is frowned upon

    No, They do not need all the DLCs you have.

    However, if you have all DLCs but your friends have none you will only be able to drive with them in the base map which comes in the game.
    If you go to Scandinavia while driving with them they will not be able to come with you.
    But, If your friends buy the Viva Le France DLC and you all go to Viva Le France you WILL then be able to drive with them on that DLC. 

    Does this make sense?

    In addition, using sites like

    Or placing the DLC in your wish list on steam you can often get some great deals on DLCs, Steam emails you if an item in your wish list goes on sale.

    If you contact the support team on https://support.truckersmp.com you can ask for the registered email on account 10516 to be changed with a password reset. you will then be able to login again on the account.

    You are unable to change the steam account linked with TMP accounts.

    Try Running as admin. Please bear in mind thousands of people are currently downloading the recent update so it will take longer than usual as there is only so much the servers can handle in one go. Please be patient but also do try running as administrator.

    @bobi963,

    Unfortunately, Family sharing is not supported. You must own your own copy of the games for this to be enabled to work. 
    You must purchase a copy for yourself, play for a minimum of 2 hours and have the steam account set to public to be able to play on TruckersMP.

    Also as several answers are now provided please indicate the best answer, so this post and be closed.
