@chipmunk197 Each load has to be from a different country. As long as the job starts or finishes in France that's fine. But each job needs to start from a different country that's not been used before

@Nataliia, As you decided you should have the last word I'll make a new special status for you.
QuoteAs explained more than once, and mentioned for you innumerable times. When you write a feedback, please, do not expect it to be answered and resolved within short days. Do not think you are the only one player who writes a feedback and needs to be answered within the time you want to give and has available. Keep in mind that this is a community that has thousands of active users who would like to send a feedback as well, so please, do not think yours should be taken into consideration first than the others. Each feedback has different departments and sections for whatever you are writing, it might take minutes to be claimed and resolved, and sometimes it can take days of investigation and discussion. Also, keep in mind that the forum is not the place to complain about the delay we have with feedbacks, it is a consequence of making such well-crafted feedback, expect it to be judged accordingly.
This status will be locked to avoid any inconvenience.
So lets break this down, As you seem to be really good and assuming things.QuoteWhen you write a feedback, please, do not expect it to be answered and resolved within short days.
Short days? So 3 weeks for you is classed as short days? Don't be silly.
QuoteKeep in mind that this is a community that has thousands of active users who would like to send a feedback as well, so please, do not think yours should be taken into consideration first than the others.
I do not think mine should be dealt with before others. Why you assume I'm saying that is strange. The point I'm making is that with 4 GMMs in the team I don't think 3 weeks is acceptable time to be dealing with feedback.
QuoteEach feedback has different departments and sections for whatever you are writing, it might take minutes to be claimed and resolved, and sometimes it can take days of investigation and discussion.
You see my ticket could take days to be investigated and discussed but that would only be the case when the ticket is claimed. So at the moment it isn't which means it's only going to take extra time to be sorted on top of however long it takes to be claimed.
QuoteAlso, keep in mind that the forum is not the place to complain about the delay we have with feedbacks, it is a consequence of making such well-crafted feedback, expect it to be judged accordingly.
Well as I already have a feedback ticket open which is waiting to be dealt with I can't make one about the time it takes to deal with them. I'll probably be waiting 4 weeks for that to be answered too.
QuoteThis status will be locked to avoid any inconvenience.
Who is it inconveniencing? You? because you know the truth is that it's not an acceptable time to be dealing with feedback?
So now we have broken that down please don't assume my intentions. I'm quite simply explaining that I think its unacceptable that waiting 3 weeks for a feedback ticket that's not even been claimed yet is ridiculous. I have at no stage asked for preferential treatment. So putting it polity please get your facts right before trying to make me look idiotic and small.
No doubt you'll lock this status too after a answer which makes no sense. So don't get annoyed if I then make another status because you give me no chance to reply.-
I appreciate your answer, and all I will say is: Be patient, thanks for your constructive feedback. But, our Forum is not the suitable place for it. If you remain posting continuously about it, it will remain being locked, as you are aware of our rules. You know where you should go if you wish to make a complaint or a comment regarding our delay on answering feedbacks, and it is not our Forum platform.

What's been going on in my life?
Recently, some of you may have noticed I have been really quiet. Today's post will explain a little bit why. Most of this won't interest you, but some of you may have wondered at some point. It has always been my lifestyle to be open and honest to the community I love so much.
Back in December 2019 I started to experience a huge amount of water retention in my legs and lower body. I had severe episodes but it also subsided at time, then, COVID arrived, I continued to get the swelling all the way through to August 2020.
In early August the swelling became unbearable, I had gained about 30KG - 35KG in weight making me about 110KG in total, This was just water retention in my body. I went to my Doctors surgery, they immediately sent me to hospital.
On 14th August I was admitted and they kept me in for 2 weeks. During this stay, it was decided I am suffering with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 4. The swelling was due to my Kidneys not functioning as they should, They were not filtering protein from my blood, the protein then became excess fluid, the same fluid which was being retended in my body.
The main aim during my stay was to get rid of the swelling, over 2 weeks, this went rather well, however I still needed to lose more excess fluid. On leaving the hospital I now weighed about 95KG. For the next 5 weeks, I stayed with my family who supported me in taking medication etc. On 5th October, I returned home, I felt a lot better but I knew I had a lot more to go through yet. Soon after returning home, my gaming PC stopped working, I now know it's a PSU issue, which at the moment I can't fix. So I am now unable to play games, Hence why you have not seen me online so much. As well as focusing on my health recovery which meant less time to spend in the community.
Bringing us up to more recent times, at my last meeting with the specialist Kidney Doctor, They confirmed my Kidney function is getting worse, they estimate in the next 2-3 months I will start Kidney Dialysis as part of my treatment, I also will be placed on to the national Kidney transplant list and will need a transplant very soon.
Some good news though, the excess fluid has dropped even more now bringing me back to a weight of 81KG on Tuesday 1st December. Whilst this is a lot to go through, I have had time to process what's going on. I remain upbeat, and ready to deal with any challenges coming my way. I will not let this get me down. Of course, I welcome any messages of support, It is always kind to know people care. I am not looking for sympathy though, I just felt it was necessary to let you guys know what's going on.
So if you got this far, Thank you for taking the time to show care and compassion in my situation.
I wish you all an amazing Christmas and an awesome 2021!
With much love,
TLDR:
I've been very ill, I've not been online due to less time, my PC broke and I'm letting you know.
