Plus you saying that, it be hard for them to remember who had a warning that is a lie, If they coded the system correctly they should be able to see before they ban or kick the user if they have been warned before

I think I make a discussion about this, and hopefully we get game admins and staff point of view etc

Its better to get a warning even if you believe you done nothing wrong, since you might be able to try and discuss it with them to get an understanding of what you done wrong, but a ban right away with no warning etc.

Ok, but not all people do that, they should ban/kick you if u do it more than twice, I'm still gonna hold down and fight for that rule to be changed to be made more clear

I was overtaken twice and pretty sure the people that over took didnt get banned

Parking up is alot worse than driving in a loop, 

I think a kick should be at least done first, then if the player does it again, they should be banned

same  I got rammed multiple of tiems so i thought it be easier to move up and try again sicne they was right behind me
