Basically, you're asking for a paint job of a trailer. This could be done as a local mod in TruckersMP, meaning only you can see the paint job, other players won't.
I've found this paint job at the steam workshop, but I haven't tried it yet and can't tell if it will work:

You can't report the player of the passenger vehicle, because he doesn't meet the requirements of blocking.
You can report the oncoming player, because he is driving on the wrong side of the road.
