The problem with starting the game and multiplayer

Hello guys. I have problems with the launch of the game and multiplayer. After starting the game SCS logo is not displayed and crash, also a multiplayer (offer after ALT + kntrl send log to developers of the game). The game runs only single player in the 64-bit versions. What to do? P.S I tried to reinstall the game and check the integrity of the cache game.log.txt -
