  1. Most people use it as a way to keep troll players away from their truck, however, players use "Rec" "Ban" for practically everything in the game, whether written in the tag, names or in chat, others use it just to troll, taking advantage of the word to gain "benefit". An example.

A truck ended up braking suddenly to avoid a collision, the driver behind has reduced braking time but manages to stop, even so he types "Rec" in the chat, often he even enters his ID. As if the truck that stopped to avoid a collision was to blame for something. These are daily events, it happens more in Calais-Duisburg, the rest of the map is calmer, away from arguments 😄 . But you can use "Rec or Ban" to alert other players that you are recording that moment.

  2. In my opinion, TruckersMP has more positive points than SCS convoy, which in my point of view is just a dedicated server to play with friends, while TMP is a mega server capable of supporting triple the number of players without crashing. sudden changes in FPS and the like, in SCS Convoy, the lag with just 8 players is quite noticeable. Both servers are good, but TMP is better as well as other positive points mentioned above.

  3. It's a great suggestion, but if it is implemented, it should be in different points on the map, excluding of course Calais Duisburg, considering that it would be chaos if it were implemented on that road.

  4. I run away from cars, some hit my truck on purpose, others pass but lose control just ahead. But most players who use cars, use them in a way that hinders another player, playing aggressively, making unnecessary overtakes at the wrong times and so on. Obviously cars don't have the same stability as a truck, when you press the brake pedal suddenly, the car loses control, this in winter mod was chaos

  5. In my opinion, try to explore other places on the map, there is not only Calais-Duisburg on it, people who just walk there just want to see general chaos. The game map is full of other landscapes besides C-D and trust me, it's extremely different when you explore other places without being the same every day, TruckersMP itself has its problems, no game escapes having problems, but Unfortunately, troll players ruin the game experience

  6. Unfortunately our game is full of trolls ruining your, my game experience, our moderators do their best to avoid this. You can choose to choose another server that you feel comfortable on, thus avoiding the stress of simulation 1. 😄

  7. If it is still activated, start the truck and wait for the beep to stop. If it still remains in place and the audible warning is off, apply the brake and try to pull away. Or try checking your brake sensitivity. Hope this helps! 😉

  8. My brakes are at 100%, I keep a good distance from the vehicle in front so there aren't any problems. Most of the time, the driver behind you ends up getting distracted or doesn't keep a safe distance and ends up colliding, there's always a delay when you will brake. I've been forced to say in chat to keep a safe distance, but unfortunately most people don't respect it. Those who collide behind my truck still make me laugh. 😄

I see, well, anyway the idea is great, I hope it is implemented and accepted by the community. 🙂

The Problem are the Rules and Punishment System itself and not the Moderators. The Moderators are trapped in endless Paperwork Loops, because Players are able to Appeal their Ban, even when they were caught in the Act and excactly know what they have done wrong. Dont get me wrong, appealing a Ban, when you can proove with your own Evidence that you did not violated the Rules, should be in general an option. Based on the Statistics by TruckersMP, the most Appeals are not valid and been only done with the purpose to troll the System!
On the other side, come on TruckersMP, why are you forcing useless Appeals, cause the Players need to ask for Evidence!

There are also too many Wannabe Moderators who abusing the Report System, Ingame and the Web-Reports! Which cause a lot of dull work!

The 2nd Problem, Moderators are also restricted from efficient working, due to internal Rules.

In General, mixing all kind of Players ( Skill, Knowledge, Age, Simplayer, casual Players, Trolls)  and let them Play on a few Servers and saying that they have to Obey the Real World European and/or American Road Rules can not work, when there are not the same Settings for all Players! ( Driving Physics, Money, Truck Specs, Profile Editing and so on)

A fix, none Editable Game Profile, a own Progress and Ranking System by TruckersMP and a Change of the Gameplay, that keeping the Players busy and offer a useful Grind, would be an Option.

This would not stop any kind of Trolling, but it would making it much harder! AI Traffic in less Populated Areas combined with the Gameplay Grind would be nice!

The 3rd Problem are the Punishment Durations itself. A Player who is doing a Minor Mistake getting a few Days Ban. So far so good. A Player who doing a Rule Violation on Purpose, is banned a bit longer. Again, so far so good. But Players, who doing multiple Violations on Purpose in a Row getting just a max. Ban Duation, like the Player who have done 1 Violation on Purpose. Except the Management decide to apply Rule §2.9 and extend his ban!

Unfortunately, those kind of Players are back with an Alternate Account, before some Moderater gone through the Paperwork Pocess to get a ban extension for this Player!
Ban Evading is a massive Problem, as you can see every day with the few Speedhacking Trolls that causing Trouble! And thanks to the amnesty, its even easier! Yes, there are +5 Million Accounts, but there are between 5k - 13k Players peak! Kind of sus!

Not to mention the 6 Month Reducing for §2.1 Violations! One of the wrongest decision, in my Opinion!

Also, within 365 Days,  doing 1 Time a Violation is a Mistake. 2 Times is unfortunate! 3 Times is Stupidity! 4 Times is Purpose! 5 Times seemingly proof that the player is not willing to Learn! 6 Times proof that the Player is a Troll!

The Fact is, based on the current Circumstances and Rules, TruckersMP is trolling the Players, like the Players trolling each other! Cause the Rules and Punishment System is not fair to Anyone, when there are not the same required Basic Gameplay Settings for All, which can not be manipulated by the player!

This, and the TruckersMP Bureaucracy cause a huge Amount of Work which is much Time Consuming and preventing Moderators from being effective In-Game on the Servers!

You have points about what you just said. 🫡

Absolutely, I agree that you are right in most of what you say, but the fact is that when we apply for the game Moderator team, we are asked about our online time in the game. I hope you understood what I wanted to say

I completely understood your point of view, I just gave my opinion on this, but I don't know if they take the issue of online time in the game into consideration when recruiting, or it's just to have a certain "control". 🤔

  12. Hello.

The game moderators have a personal life outside just like us, they don't receive anything to be on the team, just volunteers like the others. I believe there are enough people to moderate the game, but they don't do it daily, they can't stay in the game for 24 hours, so when you are on a server where the number of players is below 1,000, please capture the game and report it on the website, I believe the response will be faster, in addition, the moderators cannot be on all servers constantly. This is literally a question that everyone asks when they are uncomfortable when there is no moderator to assist them at that moment, be patient, capture the screen and report it directly on the platform's website. Moderators work tirelessly to prevent player errors within the game, remember that they are volunteers. 😉
