Hello,
I mainly drive the Scania S. The Scania S is a beautiful truck with lots of cool features including the interior. The interior is stunning and I have to admit it's the best interior in the game, in my opinion. The Scania S will always be my favourite truck!

As Mayday has explained, you cannot use an extra long trailer. You will be automatically be kicked from the server. If you do not get kicked from the server, you can then receive a punishment for bypassing the automatic kick.

Hi there,
TruckersMP will not launch you to singleplayer. You need to install the TruckersMP modification by clicking here because it sounds like you're starting up Euro Truck Simulator 2 in your Steam library - that is not TruckersMP, that is indeed singleplayer. Before launching TruckersMP, you do need to have Steam open beforehand for the game to start running.

Hi there,
Simulation 1 is the most busiest server during peak times. This is from around, not accurately, 17:00-20:00 UTC/GMT. Getting stuck on authentication is what some people experience, because everyone is trying to connect to the server all at once and the server can't probably handle everyone joining simutainously. You can try a few steps though, because this is not always the connection with TruckersMP:
- Restart your router.
- Make sure you're using an ethernet cable if you can and not a Wi-Fi connection.
- Restart your PC.
- If you have a bad speedtest result, try talking to your internet service provider and see if they can do anything to help you get a better internet connection or do something for you. Maybe consider choosing a different internet service provider which is better.
If the above steps don't work, try connecting to TruckersMP at a different time to what you usually do and see if that helps.

Hi there,
Have you tried verifying the integrity of your game files? If not, give this a try, it might help.
In order to this you must:
- Navigate to your Steam library.
- Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and click on "properties".
- Browse to "local files".
- Click on the "verify the integrity of game files" and let that complete.
Before following this next step, please make sure to make a backup of your profile. You can find this by navigating to your documents, "Euro Truck Simulator 2" and then "profiles". In here, select the profile you want to backup, if you have more than one profile, then place it somewhere where it will not get lost and can be recovered.
After doing that, try and see the if the problem still occurs. If not, try some of the following:
- Uninstall TruckersMP using and navigating to "uninstall a program" in the control panel.
- Uninstall Euro Truck Simulator 2 and install it again.
- Install TruckersMP again by clicking here.

Hi there,
Have you tried playing on American Truck Simulator servers if you have the game/all of the Euro Truck Simulator 2 servers? If not, I would give that a try. If it only happens on Simulation 2 and you haven't found a solution, then I would maybe try creating a support ticket here so you can get to someone who would have a better idea and solution as to why this is happening for you. They will be able to help you directly.
It's also known for you to be kicked for "[System] Unreliable Connection" at times. This is most likely due to the server stability. Lots of people experience this.

Are you using custom trailers for World of Trucks jobs (external market) or are you using no custom trailer (external contracts)?

If you're on about turning off the CB, you can also use the /channel command in chat and using the number 0 to turn the CB off.
