  1. Raising or lowering the speed limit would not solve a single thing. So long as everybody drives sensibly that is fine however truth be told is that not everyone does, fair enough people like to go there for the traffic I can understand that yet at the same time you're also just putting yourself into the category of players who may be going there to look for trouble. And if it isn't coming from you then it comes to you from someone else unless it is entirely avoided. The thing is that so many players seem to want to remain dormant to one stretch of road to and from two cities instead of actually venturing out to other parts of the map where they might not of explored before. And by so many going there it is only creating more and more problems due to the sheer amount of traffic, both on that road and within the cities. There just no need for it guys, like I keep saying the map is big enough. And you're just ruining your experience on one road and two cities, now for me that's just not good especially the excuses I've heard or read about why players go there.
  2. Some interesting ideas here, obviously o would love to see an ownable low loader and or fuel tanker. However I believe new paint work is a must, New light upgrades including beacons without DLCs, New customizations without DLCs, Rigid body trucks, tipper body trucks etc Road network rework for the UK Total overhaul of every on / off ramp to and from every section of motorway, rework of motorway merging when joining another section of motorway. Those ramps need to be smooth and not bumpy but also a lot wider to compensate for bigger trailers and or abnormal loads
  3. A perfect route to learn how to drive...There are plenty of other roads which are pretty much like that. In my opinion you wouldn't be learning how to drive on that road but more rather how not to he hit by other traffic.
  4. Some people. Who drive on it are just looking for trouble imo.
  5. Here is an idea. Let us not make any city in the game the most populated and quit sticking to one or two cities to go to, deliver to or take jobs from. Let us explore more of the map and visit other cities but oh...Some of you haven't the common sense to do that now have you? Like the little kids who stick in one spot on the playing ground you're too scared to explore because "Its lonely and boring" well if that is the case, put on some tunes and get a group together and start exploring the map more instead of congregating around one or two cities or one stretch of road. The cities shouldn't be a lag fest for players to drive into, they shouldnt be congested by more than 10+ players so wise up and use your heads, the map is large enough so start going elsewhere.
  6. I will admit I laughed at those "Idiots on the road" like videos especially when the players recording the video or live streaming are shooting themselves in the foot by the mistakes they make. The thing is that these videos can be incriminating against the recorder should it be submitted as evidence against another player, and this is where the "Admin bans by mistake" horse crap comes from. Okay in some cases they do yet these players need to remember that they aren't just recording the game play, other players but also themselves and therefore they are liable for everything they do. Eventually worst case scenario is they're banned.
  7. It's possible alright they just don't want to in case of lag due to high poly count I guess.
  8. I too have noticed that with some of the youtubers or streamers they are driving in a way as to cause issues on the road and then play the victim card whilst pointing the finger
  9. Suggestion Name - Ford Ranger for Admin & Pilot cars Suggestion Description - A Ford Ranger could be added into TMP as an Admin and or Pilot car. Suggestion Images - N/A Why should it be added? - Hey guys I thought I would drop you a feedback or suggestion ticket regarding an idea I have got for MP, now if I have sent this to the wrong department then I apologise though having had some thought on this and discussions with pilots in game, pilots within my VTC plus one other we would like to see a new addition being considered and or brought in for both the admins themselves and for pilots especially. Now the Scout car maybe good though we feel that it isn't really pilot material and as you know it has only been abused by players in-game by using it to ram or block other players, generally causing grievances especially to VTC's. And I am not going to say that the admins should remove them because I know that you use them yourselves which is fine. However the suggestion I'd like to make is for there to be a Ford Ranger added in as a new pilot / admin vehicle. The reason I make this suggestion is that I feel along with others that the Ford Ranger is more suitable for that role with escorting convoys and or in general admin duties, and if this could be implemented then this could be a thing exclusively for both admins and VTC's / Piloting groups to use which can be requested by them over the website as by doing it that way it would also eliminate the possibility of them being abused by the trolls in game and it would give the admins a good opportunity to make sure the VTC or piloting group are indeed legit and would use it for the sole purpose it would be implemented for. As advised to post this here
  10. I wonder why with so many including myself those new sounds were crap and yet in their changelog video on YT they sounded better.
  11. To be fair I play more multiplayer than I do SP though if I ever don't feel like trucking online then I am in SP with some good tunes blasting over the in-game radio or music player
  12. I could say they'd have it done by monday maybe, or by next Friday who knows. All that matters is that they are working on a patch and that patience is a virtue.
  13. Overall I do like the new update to a degree the addition of the ability to open and close the windows is great as it brings in a bit more realism, the new glass texture is also very good as it were the first thing I noticed the reflection on the windscreen. The addition of the food tank is also great though I think SCS could of added some more tanker trailer types into the mix and not just a food tank. The new FMOD sound engine / mod though doesn't seem to be something which I am too impressed with, the new sounds of the horns are good but overall I do not think the engine, idle and or transmission sounds are very accurate for trucks so I could see some improvement being made there in the future.
