You are allowed to drive over the speed limit.
However, please be aware that you can be banned for Reckless Driving if your excess speed is a hazard to others, or you are involved in an accident and the root cause is your speed.

Are you trying to use any police accessories?
If you instantly get kicked when trying to drive, try removing the police accessories and try again
Also, as @Sven67 has said, cars will NOT work on EU1 and ATS1

The reason your limiter is on will be down to the following reasons:
You are in the following servers: EU1 or ATS1 You have the speed limiter on in game settings You are taking a WoT (World of Truck Contract) Hope this helps!

This seems to be a lag issue.
Could you please post your computer's specs?
In the meantime, please disable Development Logging from the TruckersMP Settings, this can help to reduce lag.
