    If you are talking about an accepted appeal that is changed to @BANBYMISTAKE, They are not counted towards your history. If you are talking about a tag/username ban, they still count as bans.

    You are correct. If they don't have the DLC, they won't have access to that part of the map.

    Copy and paste the contents of the .bak into the normal profiles folder. Moved to Help.

    Please make sure you don't have the Schwarzmuller trailer pack installed as it is not supported yet.

    This is because TruckersMP doesn't support beta versions of the game. You will have to wait until SCS decides to implement it in the full version.
