Can you save your a backup of your profile and delete all of files related to ETS2 and TruckersMP in Documents? Then please delete ETS2 and TruckersMP Launcher in Program Files and finally try to reinstall ETS2 and TruckersMP ?

I can’t see your punishment history. It’s hidden now. When your punishment reason is not hacking or ban evading, it will be deleted. If it is not deleted, you can contact with game managers in the feecback system.
