That's dependant on the evidence provided for that specific ban; for a lot of evidences, especially from moderators, the tab-menu is open, so we can prove what server your on. Additionally, the EU4 server is a non-collision server, so if you were seen with the car with a trailer driving through people outside of companies, then we'd also know that your on EU4 server.

It's highly dependant on the evidence supplied; if it can't be proved fully and conclusively, then game moderators shouldn't really be banning.

Netrodo, that's not correct; Cars w/ trailers can be used on servers with [Freeroam] in there title, such as EU4, as stated in the game rules.

if there isn´t any edvidence then the ban is invalid but if an admin banned you in game then it can take few days for the admin to add edvidence to a ban

In the first case, the ban will be given without evidence. Once you appeal, the admin who banned you will provide the evidence in your appeal. 

If the admin does not have evidence for your ban, then the ban will be lifted and deleted, since it's not valid.

I have and it doesn't say anything about banning people for driving loads on that road,they said the people who drive from calias to duis over and over adding to traffic at peak times ie useless traffic.the way your going on is if they said any loads going thro that route will get you banned

see it from there point of view if they watch you drive that route 5 times in an hour with the same load its obv your doing it on purpose

Everyday in TMP I get frustrated with people ramming and swearing in the chat, which made me want to apply for moderation.

One day I got rammed 3 times.

The other day this guy parked his trailer in front of Rotterdam station for 4 ingame hours.

Just like in real world, reversing on highway can be handled as wrong way driving.

Never reverse on a highway, it can be seen as reckless and dangerous driving, both in the real world and the virtual one, imagine if youre reversin and your trailer strays into traffic and someone rounds the bend, theyre either going to hit you or roll trying to avoid you. If you make a wrong turn at any point, go to the next exit that allows you to pass either over or under the highway and turn around there or let your GPS recalculate a safe route for you to continue along.

You can start a convoy in rotterdam, but lets be honest, it would be too laggy if you had a 40-50 player convoy leaving there, especially with a large chance of the convoy breaking up at any time due to rammers and or someone lagging.

General consensus is best not to do it. Because like said above, you'll add a bunch of people to an already highly populated area. It won't be fun or very convenient for you to get your entire convoy on the road.

It's not forbidden, but we totally don't recommend it.
