”CANNOT CREATE GAME PROCESS” error

I lauch the game as administrator , I download the new version but the game doesnt work . What I can do ? -
Every time I open the game ETS2 MP, it appears a little icon that says "CANNOT CREATE GAME PROCESS" and can not play. The game run perfectly on single player and ATS goes on single and multiplayer . I mention the multiplayer mode and erased from my documents , I reinstalled several times and I did and execute as an administrator, but not nothing happened . That please help me play again because I want to see the new car and small game and continue my work . I ask your help with this problem ! THANK YOU!
