What and why and also where was the need to close this thread? It was a controlled discussion and nothing was heated or anything like it? Completely useless, just the same as [email protected] who do not acknowledge your emails.
(Yes, I've sent multiple and none of them got replied to or probably even looked at)

Basically cuz its a status update, so with the time it will fall into oblivion, mwl does not handle any appeals/complaints, he takes care about developing stuff and the best he can do is forward it to the Project managers (who deal with such situations), while you can contact them directly via the feedback mail

Banned for 1 month 'due to history'? Second ban in my life on TruckersMP?
I've emailed, support ticket, steam message and even facebook messaged to try and get in contact with one of your staff team however 0 replies?
Can you confirm or deny that this ban is justified? - banning admin I'm assuming didn't even read my appeal and just wrote a generic textbook reply.

I hope you reply, it's quite poor that I've recieved 0 feedback from any staff members on multiple different methods of communication.
