I got it i hadn't noticed that one of my windows update was failed and when i updated it ETS2MP 64bits started to work. p.s. I really appreciate your support Taizun thank you.

I tried to launch it as you said but it didnt work but my system is 64bit

As i noticed in ingame(singleplayer) in left upper corner i have installed 1.22.2.8s (32bit) so how do i change to 64bit?
