One of the reasons for this could be due to your ping. You have to remember that ping works in a very unique way In multiplayer online video games, ping refers to the network latency between a player's computer (client), and either the game server or another client (i.e. peer). This could be reported quantitatively as an average time in milliseconds, or qualitatively as low ping or high ping.  Additionally, games where timing is crucial, like FPS and racing games, suffer a greatly diminished experience with high latency. In short, time lags from high latency make gaming far less enjoyable. so for this instance the persons ping might be much better than yours thus making it seem like he is going faster than you.

Run the Launcher as Administrator:
Right-click on the truckersmp icon
Select Run as Administrator
Retry and see if the issue is resolved

They've made the trailers more sensitive to damage It no longer takes a hit that "registers" the damage with a notification to ding a trailer. Rubbing a guard rail on one of those way-too-narrow on-ramps is what usually does it for me, though there's a type of worksite in Scandinavia that has gotten me a couple of times as well.

The car can be purchased in any car dealer in the game.
 
Note: when buying the car do not equip it with any police accessory or you will automatically be kicked from the server until you remove the accessory.

If you are in a car then the CB radio is right infront of you. Turning off the CB radio dosen't affect your car radio. CB radio is completely different. To identify the CB radio its a big black box with 19 on it in green http://prntscr.com/bmr945 e.g.

When doing WOT contracts they set a speed limit of 90km/h once out of the WOT job you will be able to go faster

You are not able to play the Demo In MP 

Hello @stormpeaks66 this is not an issue with your PC rather this is an issue with MP. Their is an issue with the physics of the Flag in MP as using it in single player creates no lag issues.

ETS2 and ATS are currently not supported on MAC Platforms. As MAC's weren't really made as gaming platforms 

Hello You need to downgrade your game to 1.23 as 1.24 is not yet supported this will help you
