When attempting to update the MP client to the latest game version, it gives me an error "An exception occurred during a WebClient request, press ok to retry. Operating system: Windows 64bit X64 based processor Game versions: ATS 1.6.1.7 & ETS2 game version 1.27.1.6 I've included a couple of snaps Thanks in advance for helping. Seems like a great idea but I care a great deal about my private information and are a bit concerned about you guys @HumaneWolf allowing then access to our files. The government has already to granted access to spy on us through our phones and other means, is it really worth it? I understand their servers are VERY POWERFUL but to be honest I am quite worried that if this is real, that can can now see our private information..........but I don't mind a much higher quality experience. I am just curious to know how did you guys pull this off to gain access to such a powerful entity? Does this mean that we have experience a much smoother game play or is it still based off of our internet speed?

I am rather enjoying the dark theme 100 times better because It is a lot better on the eyes and I like how you can see the text(escically) white test. No issues on my end thus far. scroll to the bottom of the site and you'll see "theme", click the drop down and it should be there.

Hi guys, I just attempted to play ETS2MP after taking a break from earlier but now I am getting unsupported game version error, telling me to downgrade in order to play. However unless SCS pushed a secret update in 3 hours I am running 1.26.2 which is the current version. I have the latest updater installed My internet connection is strong because I am watching Netflix Thanks in advance

Crash now over about 10 times, but now that I get to start driving it crashed while driving on the highway. Game rules say not to spawn on the highway, well I have no choice but to spawn on the road because that's where the game crashed

Getting the same error, I am sure that they are working on a fix, just be sure that you click on "yes" when you get the crash pop up which will send the crash.log to them.

Just got off the phone with my ISP and discovered that my modem was sending frequent time outs as high as 300 and when we attempted to do a speed test, the modem would not even pick up the connection from through the entrenet cable (don't think I spelt that correctly). When I connected my laptop through my cell phone with 4g lite, i'm getting lower then normal average on ets2 99-110 ms and ats 30-39ms. So I will have to use my phones data to connect through hot-spot until a tech comes to upgrade my modem. Support or moderator can lock this one and move it to solved, thanks guys! Cheers

Thanks guys. yep I've unplugged my router and flushed the dns and it lowers it to about 400ms in ets2 and about 600ms in ats so. I'll contacting my ISP and see if that helps any.

So I have turned off my Wi-Fi router and waited for about 10 seconds then restarted it but ping is still now averaging about 570ms. Can I maybe get the tutorial for the DNS flush? That may be the issue.

Hi guys, need a hand with this one. up until a few minutes ago, my ETS2MP was averaging about 124ms and 8n atsmp i was averaging 38mn button after 3 or so launches my ping is skyrocketing to 1024ms in ets2mp and 783ms in atsmp which is very unusual for my pc. Do I need an DNS flush Do I need to restart my pc Do I need to reinstall MP (imcompatible 1_25 mod) Thanks in advance

Are you meaning connect your steam with TruckersMP account? If so you'll need to play in single player for at least 2 hours time.
