He is saying that he has to restart his job if he leaves the game. It also sets your truck back to your garage and not your last saved position.

Recently since I downgraded due to the multiplayer not being able to be supported on the new version, there has been a huge amount of lag? The lag makes the game and the multiplayer impossible to play. The first time I had the multiplayer mod, the game worked smooth and amazing, and now it seems to have a substantial amount of lag. Is this normal for you guys? I have a ASUS gaming computer with NVIDIA graphics and 16GB hardware. My drive isn't full at all and the game is in a huge drive with 2 TB still of empty space. If you can let me know what I can do about it, that would be great
