That's simply due to a de-sync issue. Did you just enter the game / enter the area? If so, it's possible the server hadn't managed to sync them to your client yet, causing it.

been on it for the past 20 mins person infront of me was on ts and had the issue aswell

Wierd. Was it just that one truck causing the problem (Most likely excessive save editing) or was it on all trucks? (Problem with server)
