I agree if an admin can't admit he was wrong is an issue. But where have I suggested an algorithm? I just simply want another admin to make the final say in on a ban appeal so that it is fair. Your suggestion is putting all of the power in one person's hands and we have those they are called forum moderators. This is fair and doesn't let the admin's emotions of the one that banned you get in the way, it is just proof and a better way to keep innocents innocent and the guilty guilty.

Thats what we would like to think but it happens so often that we are forced to believe that it is because of the admins mood. That is why we need guidelines. Only in a perfect world would the admins mood not matter because right now he/she has total freedom. I have been banned for 2 days for overtaking on the highway near ep not at ep for two days. I never hit anyone nor did I cut anyone off. I was banned by JM for two days for passing in the shoulder in traffic and I wasn't in ep but I was banned for it in ep so I see a trend here with JM but that is how he views the ban is fit which isn't the same as another admin. Every admin has their own set of guidelines which needs to become universal and to have a second person to make the final decision on the ban appeal

In a perfect world maybe. The system I am suggesting will stop the margin for error but, there is so much error in what you are saying. For example, what if an admin can't admit he was wrong? Some admins unban much more players than others. That can be just a coincidence or that some people just could not be bothered. These guidelines need to be followed it would make everything better and much more fair. Lets say you get banned for 1 week for parking at ep versus another admin would give you a kick! You would be mad.

Well, I am not saying you, people can't admit that they are wrong so therefore it would benefit with a second opinion.
