      You didn't know that Viva La Vida's music video is supposed to be choppy? lol It is part of the style they chose of it. Because the visuals are meant to be painting-like, I believe, they chose to have a low frame rate to simulate (well, not really "simulate" but I can't find a better word to describe it) picture motion. Check this one out.
