      Our Support Team Leader might've already reviewed your Support Application, but haven't declined it yet. Due to excessive loads of Applications they receive, you've got to understand that they are busy selecting the right people for this job.

      Also, our Team Leaders are also just humans, they can't be doing this job 24/7.

    Suggestion Name: new server with enforced traffic rules Suggestion Description: add or change existing server and enforce traffic rules there, so anyone disobeying traffic rules can get actually punished, for example you must drive by the speed that is shown in GPS/road signs; you can only reach 90 km/h, you can't overtake at roads where it's not allowed and probably some others. People could report other people for disobeying rules. Any example images: no Why should it be added?: it would make everything more realistic and I think there are many people who want to play realistically, and they should have that chance.

    The game is trying to create a picture with big size, and game probably can't make these big sized pictures. Reduce game's resolution, FullHD should work.

    Do you have Stereo Mix enabled in recording devices enabled as "Default Communications Device"? Right click on sound icon in taskbar and select "Recording devices" to check. If not, right click on it and select "Set as Default Communication Device".

    Why would you need map in PSD format? Just take normal ETS2 map with Viva la France and open it in Photoshop.

    To be honest, I expected much more. There was 1 crash with admins at the start of the road (near Venezia) and one somewhere halfway, and then as I saw from pictures - only in Calais, other than that - whole road was empty but reckless drivers. I decided to leave as some kid crashed into me and I was too lazy to continue. If you would've did more activities it would've been surely great.

    Can you bring double trailer to event? I'll bring the trailer to Venezia, save there and use it in Events server. Is it acceptable?

      No.

       

      Doubles aren't allowed outside of Scandinavia, hence why it is not allowed. You will be auto kicked, and if you won't, you will be kicked by an admin.

    Can you please explain "kid but mature"? How can a kid be mature? Kid will always be kid and can't be mature. Mature is when you're adult, or at least old enough to think about everything seriously. Kid's mind isn't fully developer and he isn't fully grown up. I actually hate all the kids who say they're mature.

      To be honest, some modern day children can be more mature than adults. Some children are able to be children whilst maintaining a mature awareness of life.

      However, don't get me wrong - I'm not saying that all children are mature, I'm saying that a certain amount are mature and I would personally consider a lot more mature than certain adults.

    Hello @I-shift, Sometimes happens. Either you're not connected to internet, Steam servers are offline and/or are under maintenance, or Steam is blocked by firewall. To unblock it from firewall, go to Windows settings, go to "Windows Firewall", in left side panel "Allow an app or feature trough Windows Firewall", then press "Change settings", and in the list find "Steam" and "Steam Web Helper", make sure both checkboxes are checked. If they're not in the list, press "Allow another app...", go to Steam directory and add "Steam.exe", then make sure both checkboxes (for private and public) are checked. If you have more problems, make sure you share them with us Kind regards.

    Go to your Steam library and find Euro Truck Simulator 2: 1. right click on it and press Properties in the bottom 2. go to "Local files" tab 3. Press "Verify game integrity cache" The missing file should be redownloaded.

    When you join and if server is almost full, you will be put in queue, it's usually written in top left corner in yellow words. You are maybe getting kicked for high ping.
