The cause of problem might be from your PC or internet. Could you post your PC settings and internet speed test results? (including ping to central Europe)

@jonathan4567 his MP does not even start so we can sift mod issue
His PC settings;
System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit ( 6.1, Yapı 7600)
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs)
RAM: 8 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970(which is better than mine *crying in a corner*)
BUT He said that he had NOT Service Pack 1. So that might be problem.
He is now installing it, when he test it with SP1, I will edit this message.
EDIT: The problem was SP1. It is solved now.

Morning,
So one of my friend who does not know English is having a problem.
When he tries to start MP, he gets this error;
It says that ETS2 - Steam has stopped working
Windows can find online solutions
bla bla bla...
What we have been tried so far;
Singleplayer works without a problem
He setup MP mod again and again as same as on Setup
No anti-virus, No firewall, No anything like that. Only Window's own security.
Starting MP on both, shortcut and steam, gets the same error
Any other ideas?

İlginç. çünkü ilk kez böyle bir sorunla karşılaşıyorum. Hocam bilgisayarınızda anti virüs, firewall veya interneti etkileyebilecek bir program kullanıyor musunuz?

Hocam Singleplayer'da sorun yaşıyor musunuz? Eğer sorun sadece MP de ise şuradaki adımları birebir uygulayarak MP modunu bir daha yükleyiniz

Hello guys,
So yesterday I downloaded 1.23 beta for testing. Now I want to play MP on 1.22 so I downgraded the game but when I open the game, it says "Incompatible profile, Try to upgrade the game to the latest available version"
What do you suggest me to do? Re downloading 1.23 and removing rims and re-saving would solve problem? Or is there any other way?

Mr. Double O, Have you ever check your internet? Your ping might be low but also your internet needs to be stable. In another words you should not have "packet loss" and you should have minimal Jitter value.
