  1. I'm sure there will be, since as most people have said, having players on just 1 server could cause havoc, and seeing as it is also a smaller map than ETS2. Also, it's undecided but most probably speed limiter will be on EU#1 and then the team will create an EU#2 for no speed limiter, like the servers for EU#2
  2. Hello, Are you using 2 active monitors? I believe sometimes, this can cause problems. Thanks.
  3. Hello, Have you tried verifying your game cache? To do this, go to Steam > Library > Euro Truck Simulator 2 > Right-click ETS2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of game cache. This should look for any files that may be broken or missing and should hopefully fix your crashing. Hope this helps!
  4. Hello, Your PC seems very good to handle the game so there can't be any problem there. I would suggest you re-install the Scandinavia DLC if you are experiencing most crashes in that area, it may help. To re-install Scandinavia, go to Steam, Library, search for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and click it. From there you should find a list of owned DLC's. Simply find Scandinavia and untick it. Then when the game is updated, re-tick the box and wait for Scandinavia to download and install again. Hope this helps.
  5. Yep, when you press F9, the chat and information boxes are hidden. I would recommend changing your recording start/off key to a key above the numpad, e.g. the '-' button (which is what I use ) Hope this helps.
  6. Ah the joys of Rotterdam, was I doing the right thing? - http://plays.tv/video/56997811856ac39316

I think yes, and they should stop and give way at the triangle sign.

The first collision was technically his fault, you had priority. But you were also wrong for not braking or even slowing down when it already obvious the guy from the right wasn't gonna stop. And also for approaching the intersection at that speed.

Yeah I wasn't really thinking about my speed at the time and was kinda distracted xD

But yeah, thought I had right of way :D

  7. Hello, I also tend to drive Volvo trucks as well, since they have a very good engine and you can take corners quite fast without tipping! There is also the Scania, which again has a good engine but can be a pain when braking at high speed or taking a corner fast!
  8. +1 Very good and helpful guide. It seems like people seem to go crazy when they come around Amsterdam/Rotterdam area. You know where the junction is at Rotterdam and goes towards Amsterdam/Groningen? That is very dangerous, I've had people not even slow down and just pull out right in front of me. You have to be really careful. (And no I have not just discovered this guide, just wanted to make a comment! )
  9. Hi, Can I confirm that you have a decent internet connection? To check your connection, send in your results using www.speedtest.net And as MrHarv has mentioned, please can we know your PC specs, so we can check whether you have a good PC to run the game or not Kind Regards.
  10. Hello, As other people have said already, the file that is causing your crashes is your controller. What controller are you using? (E.g. Steam, Xbox etc). I had a problem with my XBOX Controller with ETS2. I don't use it anymore because I have a Logitech G27 now, however I think I may have just moved it to another USB slot and re-installed the software for it. Hope this helps.
  11. Hello, Can I also just confirm that you have the Steam version of Euro Truck Simulator 2? As ETS2MP will only work with the Steam version
  12. Hello, Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer can only work with the Steam version of ETS2! Unfortunately there is no other way of transferring your disc copy for a Steam version, you would have to purchase the game from Steam. Best thing to do is get ETS2 from Steam in a sale where then you can play ETS2MP
  13. Hello, The server you are trying to connect to might be full, so you just need to wait until you are able to get a slot in the server. This might be the case.

    FPS Problem

Hello, As PursuitGamer6 has said, NEVER disable your ant-virus, seeing as you are online and using the internet whilst playing ETS2MP. Your computer is really good but I'm afraid you are always going to get lag in the Rotterdam and Amsterdam area since there is so much the game needs to do to load the players and particles etc. I'm not too sure but when the 64-bit version is released, this might be improved, since the game will be using more RAM, but as I say, I'm not too sure. Staff can possibly confirm this. There are some ways which could slightly increase your FPS. I would recommend pressing F11 which turns off names and if you have them on or not, profile pictures. You can also turn off cabin accessories (If you have the DLC) which seems to also improve the loading time of spawning trucks. To access the profile pictures and cabin accessories settings - Press TAB > Right-Click with your mouse to activate the mouse cursor > Then at the bottom of the TAB menu, click the button that says 'Settings'. From there, you may also find some other settings that you could turn off to possibly improve your FPS in-game. Hope this helps.
  15. Hello, It seems your game may not have installed correctly. You can try uninstalling it, then reinstaling it again. Go to Start > Computer > Your Local Disk > Program Files (x86) > Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer > Run the file 'unins000'. This will uninstall ETS2MP. If it's easier for you, you can also go to Control Panel > Under the Programs tab, Uninstall a program > Then find Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer and uninstall it. When you have uninstalled ETS2MP, go to Start > Documents > ETS2MP. Delete this file. Then go back to ets2mp.com and install ETS2MP again as usual. Hope this helps!
  16. Last 32-Bit update for ETS2MP!

Sadly, it's true! You should upgrade to x64 hardware and Windows.

      I'm already x64 so I don't have this problem.

Yeah I'm 64-bit aswell and I think it's a good thing because then hopefully ATS will be possible then!

  17. Hello, Please make sure that you are connected to the internet and that the server you are trying to join is not full and your game is continuously trying to re-connect. Usually, you get messages in your chat, but if you are not seeing this, make sure you have pressed F9, as this can enable and disable the chat. You can also see whether you are offline by looking at the top-right hand corner of your screen, it will say 'OFFLINE', but if you are connected to the server, it will say nothing. Hope this helps!
  18. Hello, xKlecha You can find the crash log in your ETS2MP folder located in your documents. That's only if your game has crashed though. My Documents --> ETS2MP --> Last_crash.log Also, as SprinterFS has said, make sure you haven't been disconnected or lost connection to the server. I believe this is the only way time stops, since you aren't connected to a server. E.g. When I'm in a queue to join a server, the time doesn't move and stands at the time I last stopped playing ETS2 (in SP). But as soon as I join the server, it catches up with the current server time again.
  19. Hello Schnappi07, Regarding the late arrival of your trailers, are you sure you aren't sleeping during the run, or exiting the game while on a run? However, to fix your freight market, I was given advice from another moderator to do the following - Since you have tried g_force_economy_reset ''1'' in the in-game console, I would recommend putting g_set_time 12 into the console using singleplayer. I had this problem and I kept on driving to each company to find a decent trailer! After using the time fix, this seemed to fix my freight market and I was able to see jobs again. I didn't get the late arrival for trailers problem though, however I'm not sure whether this time fix will fix that as well, hopefully it will! Let me know how you get on and I hope this helps! Thanks, Jonathan.
  20. Hi all, I did try sleeping/taking a ferry but the problem still carried on and the game also said I was not tired when trying to sleep a few times! (which was expected). However, after deleting the ETS2MP folder, re-installing the mod and resetting the time to 12 o'clock, the problem has now been fixed and I am able to see jobs in my freight market. Thank you all for your help. This can now be marked as solved.
  21. Hello everyone, So every time I come into ETS2MP, the freight market disappears. However, when I go to places to pick up my cargo, trailers come up, but they don't come up in the freight market from the menus. I have tried force resetting my economy using the in-game console and even in singleplayer the same thing happens but only if I've been playing ETS2MP. I'm not sure whether there is a fix for this, but this came up unexpectedly! Thanks.
  22. Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the mod again? I'm not too sure why it crashes for you every 15 minutes, it must be very frustrating for you!
  23. Glad to see that EU#1 has been expanded to 3500 max players! Happy trucking everyone!

See you on the road buddy :D

  24. Hmmm, have you tried force downloading it like TheFlyingDutchman said? Hover your mouse over LIBRARY, don't click it, then a small drop down menu should come up. At the bottom of that small drop down menu, it says Downloads, click that. Now press 'Resume' so the download can start. Once finished, launch ETS2MP and hope for the best. (screenshot attached) Hope this helps.
