I wouldn't say nobody plays but i a lot less then when the game first came out.

You should consider Making Trucks and maps for ATS Then for GTAV.

Hey maybe one day i will, i mainly play MP so that type of stuff is not very useful for me atm, I do however make MP supported mods haven't posted them publicly yet.

Your low FPS is causing you to lag, from your end you are going 90k but you are skipping frames making it seem like you are going slower to other players.
