Try changing it to SaigonTrucker without the space, it might not like spaces between the words.

You cannot run ETS2MP with OpenGL, you can only play with DirectX. Run single player in DirectX mode, then run the multiplayer, it should start in DirectX mode.

You could try boot camp with Windows then you can play.

You cannot play ETS2MP on Mac afaik.

You cannot just use any skin you wish. They need to be added to the game.
