Have you attempted to reinstall the multiplayer without the autumn mod to see if it works for you? What exactly is wrong with the mod, whats it doing? -

Turn off fatigue simulation, it'll stop you needing to sleep. It's in the main menu settings.

Have you got the steam version of ETS2? Also attempt to run the program as an administrator. Failing that, reinstall.

ts3.ets2mp.com is not a website, it is an IP address to connect to the teamspeak 3 server. > Download Teamspeak - teamspeak.com > At the top click "Connections" then "Connect to a server" > Enter the address - "ts3.ets2mp.com" into the connection and press connect.

Which VTC Panel? If you're talking about MyVTC you just log your loads with it. You can't get any physical money from it.
