Okay, your PC is not the problem. Are you ure you aint running other big programs/processes at the same time? This may "eat up" the cpu power.

We had the winter mod, but it isn´t winter anymore, sothey decided to take it of the game. Next time i hope for a mod that makes it a bit slippery..

Sometimes the game does handle to load a paint skin with similar coulors. But sometimes not
