Veteran driver (and Veteran II and Veteran III) are determined by how many years since you registered on forums. In your case you’ll become veteran driver on April 1st 2019 and Veteran II 2020, etc. Veterans get the rank plus a sub forum for them to use, there is no in game advantage to having the rank.

You just need to go to service and remove the police accessories and skin from your Scout car, then restart the game into Multiplayer again- you can not use these police add ons without being a game mod (or above)

I’ve looked up the players name, and this is the account it came back with: https://truckersmp.com/user/1999365 The TruckersMP ID for a report is the number at the end. As for the other incident- a GM will review it and of course won’t ban you if you did nothing wrong. In the event you do get reported and banned, you can use your counter evidence in an appeal and the ban will be reviewed and removed if it’s as you described. Don’t worry about getting banned if you know you did nothing wrong

In game, do F6 + Enter to discard the job and you’ll be able to pick other jobs and play online again. Or in the ETS2 menu, in the top left there’s a box with your current job details, you can click on that then click Abandon/Cancel (I think it’s abandon) and then you’ll be able to get into MP straight away after that. Note, the caravan is only intended for the car and doesn’t work on trucks.

There is a problem with the Skoda transmission in the latest update, in Automatic you can’t shift any higher than A1. This is known and being looked into by the devs/add on team, but for the moment you can use manual and that works just fine for now. I imagine the Skoda will be fixed in an update at a later point.

If it’s a web report and you want it deleting or ignoring, you can leave a comment in the report saying so and a GM will decline it for you. If it was a wrong ID, find the correct ID and copy and paste the correct players profile link into the comments, and we can have that changed for you. Or, we will find it ourselves and change the ID if you can’t find the player. In game reports don’t get deleted, but if there’s no offence then a GM will decline that report and move on anyway, or it will time out after 10 minutes anyway.

All reports are seen to in a general first come first serve basis, meaning older reports get seen to first. This means reports from today probably won’t get seen to for a couple of days later. This is only in general, once reports get to within the first few pages of our reports list it will get seen to (Such as within pages 1 to 5 or thereabouts). Anyones answers about language making it faster are not correct. Reports are seen to regardless of language, it may just be a case of coincidence that you set the language and it was seen to quicker. Also the answer above about the type of evidence, that is also incorrect- all evidence is reviewed equally to others.

In that case again you shouldn’t be going so fast or so close, but that would probably be one of the scenarios where some leniency would be given, if it wasn’t reasonably foreseeable that the player in front would brake so hard and at that time.

If it was to avoid a collision with a player in front because you were going too fast, some leniency would be given. Although in this case you probably shouldn’t be going so fast or so close that you can’t control it in the first place. If you were overtaking someone on the grass, that’d probably be a kick as it is still considered inappropriate overtaking, but this would be if there was no incident and it was just an overtake. If you ram into someone or drive very recklessly, then that’d result in a ban. (These are just most cases, some other GMs decisions may differ from mine, this is just what I would apply)

What Novice is saying is that traditional methods of detecting ban evasion by IP won’t work properly anymore, as they have to delete those records after a certain number of days- unfortunately this can’t be helped, the IP records must be deleted by law now so ban evasion would become easier, I think that’s what he was trying to say.

Hi, It’s fine to escort your friend, even if it is just one. In fact, it’s perfectly acceptable to just use the pilot car just by yourself, just as long as you aren’t doing anything to suggest you’re a game moderator or someone higher up than that of regular players. However you cannot block roads for convoys, this comes under “Inappropriate convoy management” and you can be kicked/banned as appropriate:

Adding ETS2- Make sure all your Steam privacy settings are all set to public (Friends Only is not sufficient), and make sure that “Total game time” is also public (The tickbox in your Steam settings should be unticked) at https://steamcommunity.com/id/JJFSX/edit/settings (This link is specific to your Steam profile). After you verify your games while your steam account is public, you can change your settings back to private if you wish. As I can’t see your games on your steam account, this is most likely your problem. ”Not activated” account- This is where when you registered originally you will have got an email from TruckersMP asking to verify your account. It does not make any difference to playing games, you can still access all TruckersMP services as normal.

Restart your installer, restart it as administrator (Right click the installer and click “Run as Administrator”) and make sure to unselect “American Truck Simulator MP” when it prompts you to.

Make sure you have your own truck, quick jobs are bugged due to the time difference. Try doing something to advance your time- such as using F7 + Enter to teleport to service, teleporting to a garage, or resetting your economy in the console. The problem is to do with your local game time being far behind the server time, and the game does not handle this properly.

Are they protected mp3s? Or do they have DRM at all? For example if you’ve taken them from iTunes or similar, they won’t work as they’ll have DRM (Thank you very much Apple... )

That's world of trucks, select the middle option "Continue in Offline Mode" and you can continue as normal. Currently world of trucks is under maintenance and will come back soon- as it's a non-TruckersMP add on though, we can't say when.

As for the music, what kind of files are you trying to use? I’ve never had any problems with mp3s myself personally, but I would’ve thought wavs would also work fine- I’d try using mp3s if you weren’t using them originally.

Appealed bans still count in your history. You can send a (nice) message to the upper staff members at https://truckersmp.com/feedback if you think your ban was incorrect enough to warrant it being removed from your history. The server information is always wrong from web reports, it’s a bug that I believe is known by the devs.

As far as I know, 4.10 covers anything that would be indicative of acting as a forum moderator- phrases such as “The forum is not the correct place to talk about appeals”, etc. on ban complaint statuses would probably be counted under this rule if that’s what you were wondering about ban complaints. Links simply advising on what the next action would be shouldn’t be hidden, because that isn’t backseat moderation IMO, that’s just advise given. Of course, a moderator may hide other replies and give a full explanation of the procedures if they deem it necessary.

The admin there isn’t wrong, the screenshot library you linked in the report doesn’t show any screenshots. Note that for next time, you shouldn’t upload an entire library of images for report evidence, as it might not be obvious which screenshot is for which report you made. I’d recommend prnt.sc to upload single screenshots at a time, then you can link the single screenshot in your report, which saves the admins time rather than looking through, in this case, a Steam screenshot library. Also, the 2 hour and public profile requirement is only when registering games, afterwards people can set their steam profile and options back to private if they wish.
