Hey Andy2790, thanks for your suggestion. The help section is moderated by our support team with members around the world, so there should not be a significant delay with submitting responses. In EU nighttime hours answers are moderated as soon as possible, with members in other timezones generally moderating the section overnight or as soon as possible in the morning. The reason the help section has moderated replies is because many people spam the section with unhelpful replies (Such as repeated solutions, incorrect solutions and general useless content), so replies are moderated so we can limit the amount of unhelpful content and make sure the solutions our members give are as useful and helpful as possible. There are therefore no plans on changing the moderation of the support section, and so I will be moving this to rejected. However once again, thank you for your suggestion. Moved to Rejected.

The latest set of rules actually does not include the problem links from at the time, however was resolved before the latest rules changes. Since it was a bug with the rules and was fixed before the latest set of rule changes, I'll move this to fixed bugs. Moved to Bug Reports>Archive>Website>Fixed.

Suggestion Name: As title Suggestion Description: I think it would be a good idea to add and make public the number of reports pending in the web report system to the website. Any example images: None Why this should be added: Stats are useful and nice just generally, mainly in this case being a more open and transparent about GMs work would improve peoples outlook on their hard work, very little of it is recognised so if they work to decrease the queue it’s much more recognised. It could also help with people continuously asking “why is my report not seen to yet?” to show an exact figure of the queue so they can visibly see and try to appreciate that their report isn’t the only one pending in the system.

As far as I remember, “User defined scoreboard position and size” means TMP will store and remember how big and where you locate your tab menu bar (The player list) in game. The “User defined Admin panel position and size” is for Game Moderator use only, but it will store where the admin panel for game moderators is located and how big it is.

You wouldn't be the only one confused by the history ban rule, lots of people don't understand, it's quite complicated until you read very carefully and slowly If you have 4 bans on your history in total, and the first one has a yellow dot next to it (Over one year old) so you have 3 green dot bans (within the past year), your next ban will be treated as the 4th ban on your history again and be 1 month long. The only exception to the cooling off period is if you have multiple history bans (1 month and 3 month for history)- these do not count to the cooling off period if you have two of them. For example, if you have two "1 month for history" bans over a year old, your next ban will be 3 months due to having two 1 month bans on your history, regardless of how old those history bans are.

Just to say, I’d advise you don’t delete your account if you’re only having technical issues with logging in, any issues you’re having can be resolved either here in the help section or through a support ticket at https://truckersmp.com/support- this will be much quicker than deleting your account and possibly having the same issue again

I believe the problem can be caused by having "Always keep my total playtime private even if users can see my game details" checked, untick that and try again to verify you have the game.
