ATS's first official convoy is coming up in a few hours and I definitely will be there!

^ LV? Don't you mean LA? And no, I don't think that's actually that long. Gotta remember that ATS's map scale is a bit smaller than ETS2's so the distance is actually shorter than it may seem. If you did meant LA, then I would have to disagree. Not only it would make the trip much shorter but it would also leave Nevada out of the route entirely. The route proposed has a good course and covers all three currently available states.

I should be getting ready to bed. Got a long day of work ahead of me tomorrow. But instead I am playing with Windows 2000 on my AhtlonXP computer, setting it up to run -mostly- modern softwares so it can be a usable operating system in 2016. At least to some degree. And I'll say... I am actually having fun!

My car has been scaring me on hills, lately. I must get its brakes checked ASAP. When I stop on a hill (at red lights, most times, obviously) the brake pedal begins to "sink" softly and as it goes down, the brakes start to release and the car starts to move as if I was letting go of the brake pedal. That's really concerning!

Darn, my stepdads SUV does that with the break pedal too. His SUV sometimes also had acceleration problems. You can have your foot to the floor and during that "sometimes" you'll be lucky to make it through the turning light before the light goes red. 0-10 is 10 seconds then suddenly 10-120 in 17 seconds

Question for all of you with dem fancy graphics cards that cost a kidney and half a person's blood here in Brazil...
How well would you recommend me a GeForce GTX 970? (Only NVidia, please. I'm not interested in AMD Radeons.) I'd prefer a GTX 1080, sure, but the bloody thing costs over $1300 in Brazil. I'd have to sell my soul to buy one of those by myself.

Yeah, I've seen them before. If I go with the 960 and eventually get that game, it should be fine for the most part. Any of the options presented so far would, actually.
As for most demanding game I currently have, I think that would be ETS2/ATS, I think. lol But obviously, eventually I will get "bigger" ones.

Bucking HDMI! If I ever manage to afford a new graphics card, I will NOT buy one that has a micro HDMI port in it.

After a whole weekend using only Vivaldi, it's time to go back to Google Chrome. Though I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with that new browser! It's great! Other than one or three tiny details, it's a strong option to Chrome (and anything else) and has a lot of potential! I'll keep it installed.
I recommend Vivaldi to anyone who enjoys a good browser and is willing to expand their options. It can easily run Chrome add-ons, too!

Quick update about my Crashes Compilations series: It's been about a month since I uploaded the last episode. I got some submissions to use on the next and a bunch of clips from myself and normally I would have already uploaded it all by now but I've been experiencing some semi-technical difficulties that kept me from getting it done.
You see... I've been busy with work. And apart from my day work, I have been trying to focus on my artwork more. I've a bunch of commissions to do and those need a lot of time to be made. On the "technical" side of the matter, aTube Catcher (the program I use to download the clip submissions from YouTube) has decided to take a vacation this month and won't download anything. So all of that together resulted in Crashes Compilation 26 not happening yet.
Also there was this one grave report I submitted that took about a week to be reviewed and when it finally did, it was declined because the player was currently banned for overtaking at EP (seriously... bans should add-up instead of not being applied just because the person is currently serving time for something else. My report was way more serious than a simple "overtaking at EP") so that made me upset and I decided to take a break altogether. I am thinking about mailing the feedback email about it but I still couldn't think of how to word it properly. So yeah... that's that.

I have to go to a new client tomorrow to pick up their computer for maintenance earlier than I normally would have and because this is a new client, I can't get late and guess what? My car's got a flat tire! Also a flat spare! Oh boy...

I am very annoyed... a while back I reassembled my old PC to run old games but since I don't have an extra monitor, I hooked it up to my computer's TV capture card through a S-Video cable. It's been working very well for the purposes I put it back together for. Though after some time without using it, for some reason, the S-Video will no longer give me colors. It was not damaged, I've cleaned it, checked the contacts, settings, etc. It just won't give me colors. ;-;

For some reason I suddenly got an urge to build a Pentium III machine. And stick Windows 2000 Professional in it. Maybe dual-boot With Windows XP. If only I had the cash to buy the parts. :'(
