Crazy idea of the day that will never happen:
Windows 2000 was a great operating system and should be revived for modern use while retaining it's original features and appearance.

I remember in around 2001 me and my uncle played Pinball a lot against each other on a computer that had ME and well, we'd be lucky if it didn't bluescreen during a match Not that I minded because he was ridiculously good at it. That computer is still in the exact same spot today, probably still has ME on it too

To be honest, I always liked ME. Still do, actually! It's just a shame it was so unstable. It introduced some nice things we take for granted today. Movie Maker was "born" in it and native USB without the need for extra drivers or patches also began on ME. Windows 98 also had USB support but you'd still need drivers, even for a simple thumb drive. Not on ME, though. The first computer I had (was the family's, actually) was bought in 2001. My dad bought it very shortly before Windows XP was launched, in fact. It was a Celeron 566MHz, 32MB of RAM and a 6.5 GB hard drive running Windows ME, which shortly after we got replaced by Windows 95, 2000 then 98, which we used for a while before we settled on Windows XP about a year or two later. I still have that PC and it still works. It's safely boxed in in my bedroom, though. After years of service it received some upgrades and by the end of its useful life, it was powered by a Pentium III 800MHz, 384MB of RAM and 2 80 GB IDE hard drives alongside the original 6.5 GB one. Man, even though the motherboard sucked and couldn't handle an offboard graphics card, I played the heck out of Need for Speed II, Need for Speed III and Need for Speed High Stakes on that system. Lots of Age of Empires II and King of the Road, too! Good times!
I had it running Windows XP in dual boot with Windows ME by the time it was retired. Surprisingly enough, though, I never really had many issues with ME, myself. Maybe that's why I'm kinda fond of it despite knowing well its flaws.
