Dunno. I had this idea earlier today. Could be the avatar the player who submits a video uses on Steam/in-game or the forums, or TruckersMP, etc.

I think its a great idea If you do decided to do it this is the avatar you can use with mine (its my steam avatar) (I have a larger version if needed )

If you were going to use avatar's, I would use the Forum ones. The reason for this is because on Steam, users can have offensive avatars and get away with it which I'm sure you don't want offensive avatars in your videos. However, on the forums, people are not allowed offensive avatars as they will end up with a warning point or punishment of some sort.
