      Again I revert back to what I said, You wouldn't know how many feedback tickets are in for Discord. So you cant assume, again, just because its categorised as Discord. doesn't mean yours will be dealt with first. The oldest tickets would be dealt with first.

      It takes a while for most suggestions to be replied to by upper staff unless they're rejected.

       

      They're usually left open for discussion for a long time.
