Okey lets go over it all then, do you think the cars was implemented yesterday? The cars have been there for a long time and people tend to have some mixed feelings about them but in general they're a liked product of TMP since so many players still use them. Just because you have a problem with something doesn't mean you should instantly remove it, you could simply try to improve on it and work around the issues to improve stuff. Which has been done in this case, but let me point it the cars wasn't the only problem when it came to speeding, if you go down the C-D road you are just as likely to see a truck come flying down the road with the pedal to the metal just as a car.

The issue in this case isn't the car as your suggestion doesn't just affect the car but the overall game and trust me if a truck slams into you at 180km/h you'll fly just as much as if a car had smashed into you at 180km/h. Lately I've driven around the Baltic area and I've seen both cars and trucks, the difference is that the cars that have overtaken me have done it properly in this area where as the majority of the trucks have not so you can't blame bad things on the servers on just cars.

As you mention there's staff on the servers yes, but do you have any clue of how much stuff there is for them to do all the time? They have lots of stuff to deal with all the time such as reports, appeals, and generally make sure the rules are obeyed everywhere. Lets say that reports with users ramming each other due to high speed and/or losing control of their vehicle makes up 500 reports monthly, if you can then decrease this number by lowering the speed limit a bit and you end up with 200 reports monthly with that reason then that's an improvement that will help the community in every way since you as a player are safer on the roads compared to before and the staff also have more time to focus on other things that they might or might not have had time for before. But if you instead increase the limit to "No limit" in Germany as you suggested that number might go up to 750 or above per month due to that reason and that will in turn cost time for the staff which they could have used in better ways and you as a player will then also run a higher risk of getting rammed in some way.

Simply said, the higher the speed, the higher the risk of problems is no matter the vehicles involved.

All has been said, many times. So do I think cars should been limited to only official staff and convoy escorts, then again for that to happen, every VTC should have at least one game moderator to assign permissions to users to drive PILOT cars, not just cars for free roaming, but cars to have an impact on the entertainment and comfort of others - given the nature of most players and that TMP attracts the interest of people of age 8-16, you can't provide such an environment, even so when offering "winter mods" which are 90% abused.

P.S, Zombiez: Speed signs exist to regulate speed on risky sections of highway and generally ensure safety in conditions often considered "risky" for any vehicle on the road. Yep, highways. Yep, none are build to work like public race tracks. Interactivity comes with close to almost identical simulation - everyone has different take on a simulator game nowadays, and it's wrong.

      Fair enough.
