or possibly even add a background on it (ticked in settings??) this would reduce the number of users banned by mistake of wrong ID.

Oh also on the whole "you must have a trailer" is it going to be set so we all roughly are going to the same place/city? would kinda suck if everyone were to split at the first motorway junction

Any users who are not at the event will be removed from the server - it is best to prepare in singleplayer. Again, if you go off route you will be removed from the server.

Participants must have a trailer with their truck. Any users on Convoy 1 server who are not online for the event will be removed from the server.

There is not a lot for admins to do there, the main issue is slow moving traffic and people holding up the road to turn left/right
