I sent an email to the feedback email, a complaint about an admin. But when I typeed the email, it showed TruCkDr1V3r .

I believe that messages to [email protected] are viewed by PM's/CM's, and taken that TruCkDr1V3r is a CM, he would have most liely looked at your email (if it wasn't him, one of the others). Buts as Cooper is not a CM' emails sent would not be viewed by him.
