      Try to verify your game:

      -Go to your Steam library and right click ETS2

      -Click on Properties

      -Go to the 3rd tab and click ''Verify integrity of game cache''

      -Wait a few minutes for it to finish

       

      If that doesn't help, try to reinstall the mod.
