I don't agree with adding the road back because it was a complete mess, but I totally agree with the fact of adding the service area. The gas stations at the CD are the smallest ones and when a big truck comes inside it usually blocks everyone else.

I started in Osnabruck. The reason is because is not far away from Duisburg and it's usually not very crowded. Also because I love Germany so I would choose a city from there.

 

If I could choose a different one I would choose Remscheid but sadly is not in the game.

You are at fault. You accelerated like Lamborghini Diablo for no absolute reason and got too close to the bus. The bus might brake because there was a player coming from the other lane and it was safer for him to slow down a bit.

You do not need to include the pinfo command in the evidence, this is helpful for game moderator but isn't mandatory. The name of the perpetrator has to be vissible, that's all.

I think it's normal that you get that, from my experience, I have a very good PC and have max 60-70 fps in cities like Calais or Duisburg where there is normally 100 people, driving in other roads, I haven't checked. But I think is just normal to have that. Anyways 60 FPS is enough, and in a high populated area you get 40, normal too.

 

In addition, I would like to point out that your PC cannot be as new as you say, since i5-3470 was released in 2012, if your PC were new, it would get i5-8600 or something like that
