  1. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in ETS2MP Connection with server has been broken please restart game to connect was marked as the answer
    Hi mate,

Add the game(s) to the safe list of your antivirus and/or firewall
    Reinstall game or mod
Open port 42850 on your router.
Check if there is an update.
If none of the above works, go to a friend with the same internet provider (ISP) and see if you can play there, if it doesn't works at your friends place, your ISP blocks something.

If those not help, please send us a ticket over Support system.

    Have an excellent day!
  2. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in Problem with logging in (ATS) was marked as the answer
It seems that you haven't linked your ATS game to your TruckersMP account. Please link it then try to relogin.

    Thank you,

    Hi gameboy3307,

You can also try to reset the economy. For doing that, you have two options:

    1. Option: Resetting economy by editing the profile file
Go and find your profile file from Documents\American Truck Simulator\profiles\  (for instance, my profile file is something like 426F6D75696665)
Open config.cfg with a txt editor. (eg. notepad)
    find g_force_economy_reset "0" and replace 0 with 1.
Run American Truck Simulator Multiplayer and login to your profile.
Logout from the game; then open config.cfg file with a text editor again, find g_force_economy_reset "1" and replace 1 with 0. Save and exit.
    Now your economy is reset.

    2. Option: Resetting economy by command line

At first, in order to gain access to command line, you need to edit the config.cfg file and enable "consol" option.
Go to Documents\American Truck Simulator\ and open"config.cfg" with a text editor. Then apply the following:

    Find & replace:
    uset g_developer "0"    →  Replace 0 with 1
    uset g_console "0"      → Replace 0 with 1
    Save and exit.

Run the game, login to your profile. Press é to open the consol then write:

    g_force_economy_reset 1

Close the consol and re login to your profile. If you can see the new jobs; then open the consol again and write:

    g_force_economy_reset 0 and press Enter.

    Now your economy is reset.

    Thank you,

  5. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in ETS2MP running in background was marked as the answer
    Hi YuppLo,

Which operating system are you using?

If its Win 7; please install SP1 and run the game again. It should solve the problem.

    Thank you,
  6. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in 32 bit 64 was marked as the answer
We only support 64-bit since the last client update. 32-bit is unsupported now, and there are no plans of supporting it again. There's no 32 bit downloadable version at the moment. You have to install 64 bit version of your operating system.

    Thank you,

  7. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in To delete an old account? was marked as the answer
Hi mate, unfortunatelly, its not possible to delete any account. In order to play ATS MP, you should have 2 seperate Steam accounts and 2 seperate TruckersMP accounts, and their e-mails should be different also.
  8. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in Cannot login was marked as the answer
    Hi mate,

You can try to write the @ sign to a .txt file and copy-paste it from there.

    Thank you,
  9. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in Multiplayer Client doesn't connect to Server? was marked as the answer
At the time being, EU #1 is nearly full, and EU #2 is ~85%... So, maybe the server was out of free slots while you were trying to connect.

Another possiblity is that, your antivirus and/or firewall software may be blocking the connection through ETS2MP Servers. Please check them. (But you are saying that you saw some other truck drivers at first... So, you can connect actually...) Can you please check your internet connection? For instance, if you are playing with a laptop; sometimes Windows can change the wi-fi adapter's "stand-by" settings automatically in order to increase the energy-save amount. That's why it turns the adapter off continuously with short cessations... So, you may lose your internet connection and this causes that "offline" error?
  10. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in I can not play multiplayer mod - não consigo jogar mod multiplayer was marked as the answer
Make sure that you installed MP. If not, please visit http://www.ets2mp.com; login to your account, then click "Download the latest version", then click "Game Client"

If you have already installed MP, then please make sure that your firewall and/or antivirus software is not blocking the connection to ETS2MP Servers.

If you are receiving connection errors while waiting to connect the server, please make sure that the server that you want to connect has free slots. You can check this from http://forum.ets2mp.com/index.php?app=ets2mp&module=game&section=servers

If you are receiving any other errors, please provide detailed information. So, we can help.

    Happy trucking.
  11. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in No quick jobs was marked as the answer
    Hi mate,

If you make a search in forum search box, you can find lots of topics about the same problem.

If you can not see any jobs, you can try one of the below:
    - Go to a Service Area or your garage and take a sleep. This will make new jobs to respawn.
    - Go to a ferry port and use the ferry line. This has the same effect with sleeping in a garage or service area.
    - Jump between your garages by using Company Management screen.
  12. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in People Keep Giving Me Money was marked as the answer
    Hi mate,

You can earn money in two ways:

    - Delivering goods to their destinations.
    - Hiring drivers to your company and getting their earnings.

Your drivers are continuously taking jobs and delivering them. The more you give breaks (by sleeping, by jumping between your garages, by using ferry lines etc.) the more you earn because your drivers are still completing their deliveries at that time.
  13. STOCKHOLM GHOST's post in Visual C++ runtime error was marked as the answer
    Hi mate,

Whats your Windows version? Win7 or Win8?

    If its Win 7, then:

    - Run CMD as administrator.
    - Write bcdedit.exe /set IncreaseUserVA 2800
    - Restart your PC.

This should solve your problem about Visual C++

P.S: In order to cancel the last command; then write bcdedit /deletevalue increaseuserva this time.

P.S 2: Please inform us if you solve the problem. So the moderators can close the topic and move under solved. Thank you..
