Epilepsy Awareness Event
Epilepsy is one of the most common serious neurological conditions in the world. It affects around 600,000 people in the UK.
This means that almost 1 in 100 people in the UK have epilepsy.
Around 87 people are diagnosed with epilepsy in the UK every day. Epilepsy is a condition that is defined by multiple seizures.
Epilepsy is a seizure disorder. ... When there is a sudden excessive electrical discharge that disrupts the normal activity of the nerve cells, a seizure may result.
Seizures cause a change in function or behavior. Most seizures end on their own and don't cause serious problems.
During some seizures, people can injure themselves, develop other medical problems, or have a life-threatening emergency.
The overall risk of dying for people with epilepsy is 1.6 to 3 times higher than for people without epilepsy.

HEARTBEAT UTH 2020
Heartbeat UTH is back for 2020 and this year were supporting Rainbow Trust
There aim:
Being told that your child is so seriously ill that they might die is something no parent ever wishes to hear. Nobody knows how they would react or how they would cope.
And in this new world in which families find themselves, everyday life has to continue.
This year we supported more families than ever before through our eight care teams,

Every family in the UK who has a child with a life threatening illness should get the support they need.Our plans are to:
Ensure high quality service and support for families Extend our range and scope of services to families Increase our influence and reputation as a ‘trusted voice’ Raise more funds to ensure we can maintain support for families Increase public awareness.
We are committed to meeting increasing demand from families by growing our existing family support teams.
We will also create a feasibility model for expanding to new locations in the future.
HeartbeatUTH Aim IS Our aim is to raise 500 pounds for rainbow trust to help with the cost.
AS there's an estimated 49,000 children and young people in the UK living with a life limiting or life threatening condition who may require palliative care.
Not only we supporting the families but also the people who work for this amazing charity

WTLVTC 5TH ANNIVERSARY 2019
The VTC is a Virtual Trucking Company which originated from ETS2 as Euro Truck Radio.
We have developed over the years and changed for the better, such as the release of ATS we rebranded to Truck Sim Radio to accommodate the change, then changed to Simulator Radio VTC then finally Worldwide Trucking Logistics VTC which we are known as today.
We strive to bring a friendly and a open atmosphere to the community with the goal to bring VTCs together to enjoy Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator.

@Digital my wife has epilepsy, this will be the 3rd event ive planned, the 1st convoy was jst the VTC, march 2018 was the first public convoy and it was a success

Worldwide Trucking Logistics
Doing another Children in Need charity event to raise money for a good cause.
Last year we raised £958.80 and this year we want to beat that record with the help of you generous people.
Every year Children in Need strive to raise money to support children not only in the UK but in many countries across the world.

It costs the hospital about $2.4 million a day to run, and there is no cost to the patient to be treated.
Our aim is to help ST Jude with the cost by doing a 12 hour convoy on ETS2

But the landscape of heart disease is changing. More people survive a heart attack than ever before, and that combined with an ageing population means more people are now living with heart disease and need our help.
What is the HeartBeat UTH event?
Heartbeat under the heart is a new organisational made this 2018 to support charities around the world we will be raising money for people suffering from illnesses.Why are we doing this?
we are doing this to support charities around the world this year is are first year and were supporting the British Heart Foundation information about BHF
founded in 1961 by a group of medical professionals, who were concerned about the increasing death rate from cardiovascular disease. They wanted to fund extra research into the causes, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of heart and circulatory disease.It is a major funder and authority in cardiovascular research, education, and care, and relies predominantly on voluntary donations to meet its aims. In order to increase income and maximise the impact of its work, it also works with other organizations to combat premature death and disability from cardiovascular disease.
As a result of this Alex and YamYam sat down together and thought how they could give back to charity that's helped them and their families in many ways that wasn't possible.
So as a thank you to the British heart foundation we are doing a 12 hour convoy on ETS2
14 JULY 2018 to show support to other's out there their not alone.
But we can't do it alone. We Need You.

HeartbeatUTH is back for 2021 and were supporting Shooting Star Children's Hospices
We’re a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.
We support families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.
It costs £10 million a year to maintain our current level of care and just 10% of that income comes from government funding, so we rely on our supporters’ generosity to keep the service running.
