(Thought about posting this yesterday but wasn't sure but decided now I may aswell as I'm curious to see what others think)

What do you think of people who try to cut off/block someone who's overtaking? (Not in traffic Jams as obviously overtaking isn't allowed then) - Yesterday I was overtaking 3 slower moving trucks (when it was safe) and I got past 2 and just as I reached the middle of the 1st trucks trailer he swerved infront of me and I had to slam on the brakes to avoid him  He then moved back in just as a truck came and had to stop as I moved back in  If that guy hadn't have swerved infront of me then I would have been back in the lane in plenty of time before the oncoming truck came 0 the worst part of all this is that I wasn't recording  

I've seen it happen before too, happened to me once on a motorway - I really don't get why some people do that when others are overtaking (during traffic jams this is different as I understand people can get annoyed with those overtaking the line of traffic)

Has this ever happened you? Also could he have got banned for doing that if I had been recording?
